The answers you give on this application will help us find the best possible match between you and the dogs available through the American Maltese Association Rescue (henceforth, AMAR). Please fill out the form completely and double check its accuracy before submitting.

Your application may be denied if you do not complete all of the fields.

We do not allow invisible fencing as a way of containing dogs safely in a yard. It may keep a dog contained, but does not stop humans, other large dogs or predators from harming or taking a dog. A shock collar on a small dog is not allowed or safe either, that would be necessary for that type of fencing.
